I have lived here in the Upper Valley since 1975 and continue reside in Hanover in my house on the CT River. Currently, I have 5 little grandchildren who I visit often and needless to say enjoy endlessly.

I have practiced real estate with Ned Redpath since 1986, following 22+ years as an RN, and am now one of Coldwell Banker-Redpath & Co.’s top agents.

Throughout my years of experience I have accumulated Realtor designations, hours of workshops and courses, and for many years have been a member of Coldwell Banker’s President’s Circle, an award for the top 2% of sales associates nationwide.

What I bring most to the buying and selling process is years of experience and an ability to identify closely with my clients’ needs and desires(possibly comes from nursing). I am willing to go above and beyond the norm to serve you well!

Jo Henning-Dyer

Jo is the office’s concierge who works as an assistant to Sandy’s buyers and sellers. She helps coordinate the plethora of little things that come up during a move and works with moving companies, painters, cleaners, gardeners, junk-haulers to make your life easier. She has also coordinated tickets for shows, babysitters, floral arranging, photographers and pet/house sitters for our clients.

Heather Mason

Heather is the best at the front desk that we’ve ever had. Not only does she meet and greet and answer the phone with a smile, she’s the one who enters all the information on all listings into the MLS (Multiple Listings Service), including changes every day, to keep track of all of Sandy’s listings.

Kristen Hogan

Kristen is our marketing specialist who designs our weekly ad for the Valley News. She works on a number of advertising and design project, creating effective marketing plans for our clients.

Karen “Murph” Murphy

Murph is our financial accounts manager and bookkeeper extraordinaire! Actually, Murph can do just about anything in this office.

Randy Kerr

Randy is our go-to handyman who takes care of our three office buildings. In addition to other repair work and carpentry, he also helps clients move.
